MYSTERYGUITARMAN
In 2016 I did freelance work for the YouTube channel MysteryGuitarMan. With over 3 million subscribers, and a very chill work environment, the creative freedom I have been given during pre-production has helped create some amazing videos, all of which are client-sponsored. Below are some projects I have worked on.
Sesame Studios
This was an exciting project to work on, as Sesame Street was a staple in my childhood, and being able to contribute to their continuing work of providing high quality content for young children was truly an amazing experience. I was tasked with creating instrument props for a music video featuring Joe Penna, which utilized musical instruments made of household objects. Additionally, I created storyboards for a how-to video detailing how to make some of those very instruments used in the music video for young children to try at home. The challenge was ensuring that the steps were simple and engaging enough for pre-school children to follow along successfully.

Pond5
For Pond5, we were requested to create a video showcasing classic video games using only stock footage from their website, predominantly their Premium content. Additionally, the entire video would be animated using paper cutouts, to give it a more tactile feel. This proved challenging, as not only were we expected to re-imagine 8-bit using photos, but to also print, cut out and rebuild the assets for animation. With the power of Photshop and X-acto knives, we were able to create something really awesome and nostalgic.

Awestruck
For Awestruck, we were asked to create a series of instructional recipe and craft videos for mothers to do with their children, called Stop Motion & Eat/Play. For all these videos, I was involved heavily in both pre-production and production. I created all the storyboards and helped with several creative decisions as well.
